Since 1985 we have been at the heart of our community, working hard to provide the care that our Founder knew would be needed for generations to come.

In the last 12 months, Aylsham Care Trust

Provided almost 10,000 hours of care both in the community and at our Day Centre

Delivered over 6000 meals into the community

Transported 400 people to medical/ hospital appointments

Entertained 140 people at our supported lunch clubs

Conducted nearly 500 counselling appointments

Together we can transform the lives of those who are struggling to live independently well.
