ACT provides a wide range of services for this area of North Norfolk which is challenged by significant health and other problems such as mental health issues, physical illnesses as well as additional barriers such as increasing personal and social isolation. It offers a wide range of activity and support which encourages the individual to feel empowered and to remain in control of their lives.
ACT provides support for people of all ages, from working with The Matthew Project to run a Youth Cafe to counselling for adults over 18, dementia support, mental health support and the delivery of transport and luncheon clubs for older people.

ACT Celebration – 31 Years
On Thursday 20th March, we are holding a celebration event at 6.00pm – 7.00pm at Aylsham Town Hall. If you would like to come to the event, please telephone Alison Wright on 01263 733385 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
There is limited availability at the Town Hall, so we do need to know that you are coming in advance.
We will be taking the opportunity at the event to pay tribute to the hard work and commitment of Rees Coghlan MBE who worked to establish the charity 31 years ago and is still very hands on at 91 years of age. If you would like to write a message to Rees – please download the bottle image below and write your message and take it or send it to the ACT Centre. If you are planning to come to the celebration event, you can bring your message with you.
Alternatively, you can go to the ACT Centre and write your message on a pre printed bottle or telephone Alison Wright on 01263 733385 and she will post you a copy of the bottle for you to write on.
Thank you to all of our volunteers for their hard work
