|Aylsham Health Centre Patients are now able to access a number of clinics within a brand new health facility, after a new health centre in north Norfolk opened in July 2012.The new Aylsham Health Centre is run by Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCH&C).It is the base for one of NCH&C’s expert community nursing and therapy teams, who visit patients living in and around Aylsham to provide care within their own homes.
