How to book

Contact us to agree the Time(s) and Price. We will then ask you to sign our Hire Agreement/ Terms and Conditions of use and, either to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit, or to agree invoicing details.

Because of the increasing popularity of these rooms, we operate a cancellation policy, which we endeavor to apply fairly, taking into account any circumstances that are genuinely beyond human control. In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks of the agreed time we will ask you to pay 25% of the total price, unless the facility is re-booked for that time. If there is  a cancellation within 24 hours, or failure to use a booked time, will be charged at 50% of the full price.

Additional facilities

Flip Chart stands  or white boards are provided free and we can provide a pad and pens as well for £5 per day. The conference hall can be prepared beforehand with any configuration of chairs. Single or double size tables are available. If your activity has any special needs, or if you just want to discuss whether the facilities are suitable for your needs, please contact Alison Wright.
