We have superb conference hall and facilities available for hire suitable for up to 150 people.

Ideal for conferences, training seminars, presentations, corporate meetings, fashion shows, theatre, children’s  parties,  etc.

‘Conference Special’ which include a variety of Vegetarian and non-vegetarian rolls, sandwiches, cakes, pastries and deserts with tea and coffee and fruit juices.These can be ordered on an individual basis.  Please discuss this with Centre Manager.  Cooked lunches can be provided at a very competitive rate.  From £4.95/head

We are also able to offer home prepared wholefood catering for events, including lunches and refreshments. Our popular ‘Day Delegate’ package is available for £10 per person which includes a range of healthy option sandwiches, savory pasties for both vegetarian and non- vegetarian and tea, coffee and biscuits for morning and afternoon. We do request that all food ordered must be paid for.

The cafeteria and seating area adjoin the main conference hall and all delegates/visitors are welcome to use these facilities on an individual basis.

This conference room is suitable for small conferences, seminars and/or training events.  It is fully heated with telephone to be charged out at cost plus 10%.

Hire charges for Small Office – Rees Coghlan Room

A smaller room that can easily accommodate 10-12 people . It is fully heated with telephone.

Hire Charges for small confidential office with separate disabled toilet and shower/ wet room – Arthur Smith Room

This is a smaller office with adjoining fully equipped toilet and shower facilities which is ideal for a small confidential consulting room.  It is fully heated with telephone.  Telephone calls will be charged at cost plus 10%. This office comes fully equipped with

  • single desk and office chairs,
  • additional chairs as required
  • office cupboard

How to book

Contact us to agree the Time(s) and Price. We will then ask you to sign our Hire Agreement/ Terms and Conditions of use and, either to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit, or to agree invoicing details.

Because of the increasing popularity of these rooms, we operate a cancellation policy, which we endeavor to apply fairly, taking into account any circumstances that are genuinely beyond human control. In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks of the agreed time we will ask you to pay 25% of the total price, unless the facility is re-booked for that time. If there is  a cancellation within 24 hours, or failure to use a booked time, will be charged at 50% of the full price.

 

Additional facilities

Flip Chart stands  or white boards are provided free and we can provide a pad and pens as well for £5 per day. The conference hall can be prepared beforehand with any configuration of chairs. Single or double size tables are available.
